Leadership and execution of research projects with real-world impact on the management of intangible assets in universities. These projects focus on corporate communication, stakeholder management, perception measurement, reputation metrics, and corporate reputation monitoring
Postgraduate Teaching in Communication
Teaching in three official postgraduate master’s programs on crisis communication, strategic and corporate communication, corporate reputation, listening in organizations, and internal communication. Courses are delivered at the Schools of Communication and Economics & Business at the University of Navarra.

Corporate and Strategic Communication Leadership
Led communication teams for educational and healthcare institutions, covering areas such as corporate communication, media relations, internal communication, crisis management, corporate identity, brand positioning, reputation management, digital communication, and social media. One of the key projects was the launch of the new headquarters of the Clínica Universidad de Navarra in Madrid (2014-2018).
Corporate Reputation Management and Monitoring
Directed university reputation projects focusing on stakeholder management, perception analysis, indicator measurement, and reputation metrics. Currently, I serve as the Director of the University of Navarra’s Reputation Unit.
